He brings more than a decade of experience in the media and real estate industries, creating new opportunities for real estate professionals and advertisers to engage with consumers through emerging media technologies.
Prior to joining Cyberhomes in December 2007, Prem served as Senior Vice President Consumer Media at Move Inc. He joined Move, Inc. formerly Homestore, Inc., in 2000 as Vice President, Corporate Development. In his three years in that position, he established online distribution relationships for the Move network, including Realtor.com, with AOL, MSN, Earthlink, Yahoo! and others. In the last four years at Move, as Senior Vice President of Consumer Media, he was responsible for leading the company's interactive Retail business and for launching online/offline advertising solutions leveraging the company's Welcome Wagon direct mail products.
Before joining Move in 2000 he was an early member of Realnet Learning Services, which delivered training and professional development curriculum to major real estate franchisors and their agents. As Realnet's Vice President and General Sales Manager he led sales, marketing, product and business development activities.
Educated at Penn State and the University of Arizona, Luthra began his professional career by founding I.C.S., a leading provider of equipment, product and services to the steel, heavy construction, freight and equipment rental industries.
